Credit Card
You can pay online with a fully secured e-commerce payment system.
All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
Bank Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
After the transfer, a copy of the remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat via email at registration@cccf2025.com with a registrant’s and remitter’s name on it.

* Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered as valid until paid in full.
* Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive a final confirmation email from the CCCF 2025 Secretariat.
Payment Status
- Unpaid: Payment has not been made yet.My page
- Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed. For the bank transfer, it may take some time for the payment status to be updated as ‘completed’ because the secretariat has to confirm the payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registration cancellations must be submitted through the email (registration@cccf2025.com) using the cancellation form.
The final refund for all registration fees may take some time to process, starting from the date of submitting cancellation form.
If you wish to re-register after receiving the cancellation application, you must proceed with the official registration process again.
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances if you do not attend the event on the day.
Refunds will be processed according to the following methods based on your payment type:.
For online credit card payments: Refunds will be issued by canceling the card payment..
For bank transfers: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
